LMU v1.3.3 BoP Changes: What's Getting Updated?

✓ v1.3.3 Verified — BoP values cross-referenced against official patch notes and HYMO engineer data

Intro

LMU v1.3.3 is live and it's one of the bigger BoP sweeps in a while. 196 setup entries need reviewing across Hypercar and LMGT3. Here's what's changed and where we're focusing first.

What Changed in 1.3.3

The headline from Studio 397 is a mass BoP adjustment targeting three specific areas: Lamborghini Huracan LMGT3 Evo2 alignment, Peugeot 9x8 Evo Hypercar, and Genesis GMR-001. On top of that, a new 2-stage power BoP system has been introduced to better control acceleration relative to Vmax, particularly relevant for the Corvette Z06 LMGT3.R. Fuel consumption has also been revised across all GT3 cars.

New content also dropped: BMW M Hybrid V8 Evo, Ferrari 296 GT3 Evo, Ford Mustang GT3 Evo, Porsche 911 GT3 R Evo, and the Toyota TR010.

Our Update Priority

Our engineers are working through 196 track/car combinations. We've tiered them into four priority levels:

  • Red (Immediate) — 90 entries. These are being updated first.
  • Amber (Should Update) — 65 entries.
  • Green (Nice to Have) — 31 entries.
  • Blue (Power/Aero Only) — 10 entries.

Red is where the biggest BoP swings are. These setups will be wrong if you're using them without an update.

Biggest Movers: LMGT3

The Corvette Z06 LMGT3.R has been hit hardest. It's RED across every single track, picking up power stage increases and weight changes at nearly every venue. Le Mans moves to 1478.0 kg with a +1.2% power gain. Monza also adds minimum rear wing angle on top.

The Lamborghini Huracan LMGT3 Evo2 is similarly heavy in changes. A new minimum ride height parameter of 52.0 mm has been added across all tracks. Most entries are RED, and several combine weight, power, and ride height changes simultaneously.

Biggest Movers: Hypercar

The Genesis GMR-001 is RED at 9 of its 13 tracked circuits, with weight additions of +10 to +23 kg across the board. The Ferrari 499P is also widely impacted, gaining significant weight at COTA (+18 kg, 1190.0 kg) and Silverstone (+13 kg, 1188.0 kg). The Peugeot 9x8 Evo is the most affected Hypercar overall, with changes at 12 circuits and swings as large as +27 kg at Portimao.

Le Mans Specific

Le Mans has a 2026 track update in this patch. BoP changes at Le Mans are confirmed across multiple cars:

  • Alpine A424 — weight -2.0 kg, +1.4% power (Stage 2)
  • Cadillac V-Series.R — weight +5 kg, max power -3 kW (Stage 1)
  • Lamborghini SC63 — weight +10 kg
  • Aston Martin Vantage AMR LMGT3 — weight +10 kg, power position change to P12
  • BMW M4 LMGT3 — weight +8 kg, +1 power position (P4), +0.8% power gain
  • Corvette Z06 LMGT3.R — weight +12 kg, +1 power position (P6), +1.2% power gain
  • Ford Mustang LMGT3 — weight +10 kg, power position change to P7, +0.6% power gain
  • Lexus RC F LMGT3 — weight +12 kg, +1 power position (P7), +1.0% power gain, -5.0 MJ energy
  • Mercedes AMG LMGT3 — weight +12 kg

Physics and Tyre Changes

A tyre surface thermal temperature fix is in this patch, aimed at reducing excessive heating after spins. The Oreca 07 LMP2 also benefits from reduced rear tyre wear and slightly faster warm-up. Brake cooling tape and duct blanking have been added as pitstop options for all cars. These physics changes can affect how setups behave, particularly at the rear.

HYMO Coverage

HYMO's LMU setups are being updated in Red priority order. PRO subscribers get updated files as they go live. The Corvette, Lamborghini Huracan Evo2, Genesis, and Ferrari 499P are first in the queue.

TL;DR

  • v1.3.3 brings a large BoP sweep across all Hypercar and LMGT3 classes.
  • 90 car/track combinations are flagged Red (immediate priority) and being updated first.
  • Corvette Z06 LMGT3.R and Lamborghini Huracan Evo2 have the most widespread changes.
  • A new 2-stage power BoP system is now active, affecting acceleration vs top speed balance.
  • Tyre thermal physics and fuel consumption have also been revised across GT3s.
